There's a scene in this film where the freshly detubed government clone of a serial killer chuds in his jogging pants before beating up a pimp. In the end, the retarded duplicate gets the whore and Michael Rooker gets to be pissed off and wheezy.

Minus one star for eventually putting a bra on the attractive, but perpetually cold, female cop.
