I loved Arnold and Jim Belushi, they mesh well together.Filmed partly in Russia's Red Square(unheard of before). Arnold plays a Russian Cop who is after the killer of his partner and also a very dangerous drug dealer the chase leads to Chicago.
There he meets up with wizecracking but take charge cop(Ridzik). The two seem the most unlikely of partners, Danko brooding, Ridzik more relaxed.
