This special Puppet Master tribute, shows clips from all the movies, and tries to explain how they all fit together. I was surprised at the order of events, which I couldn't figure in my own head. The only new footage is the framing story of a deadly lady (Kate Orsini) demanding the Puppet Master Toulon (Jacob Witkin) tell her the secret of the Puppet's life; it's how all the flashback clips are relayed.
After seeing the complete history, I still don't understand the exact continuity between the movies; I think they messed up.
