Review of Pinocchio (1940) by Clint W — 12 Jun 2014

Walt Disney's 2nd animated movie ever made is one of his best. This movie had even more stunning animation than Snow White, and all of the other movies from Walt's lifetime even. The movie had a fun cast of characters, great artwork, scenery, atmosphere, and music.

This movie tells a very heartwarming story, even with all of the dark moments in the movie, including what I personally call the darkest scene in animated movie history. The movie has very strong morales, even if the morals scare kids, it can hopefully scare them enough to remember these lessons.

This movie is a great classic, and should be shown to every kid. Even if they can't handle the dark scenes, an adult should embrace them to not worry, and try and get them to watch the rest of it another time.
