Review of Performance (1970) by Richard W — 29 Oct 2007
Mention the British gangster film and everyone goes on about 'Get Carter', and yet this is (I think) a much more daring, creative and original take on the genre. You could argue that Jagger can't act; or you could see his performance (sorry) as very natural.
Trippy, odd, compelling. And a fantastic soundtrack too.
