Review of Oliver Twist (2005) by Sheila M — 09 Feb 2006
This is an adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic, and I'm pretty sure this film sure as hell does the story justice. Every person acted their roles great. And I'm amazed that Ben Kingsley played Fagen! I wasn't aware that's who was playing him, and when I went to look him up, I couldn't believe it.
But I could, because he's just that believable, haha. He was my favourite character out of them all by far, and made the film humourous. The colours in this were spectacular, and it was just a beautiful movie.
I think it was flawless. If you're interested in the story of Oliver Twist, then definitely check out this film.
