Review of Oculus (2014) by Agustín S — 01 Feb 2016

I was really surprised this year by the amount of excellent horror/thriller films that basically came out of left field, occulus being one of the three best of the year. The great thing they did in making this movie was to employ psychological horror, great atmosphere and get you really engaged in the two main protagonists.

I do see this, as any amazing feature horror getting serialized which will obviously ruin the lore but I will be keeping an eye out for a sequel anyways. 5 stars. Made me jump multiple times. Had me on the edgr of my seat through the whole film.
