An absolutely beautiful film. Having read the book myself, I really expected the film to dissapoint, but it's very good! Several scenes in the movies brought me to tears. I also love the brotherly relationship between Giovanni and Campanella, between someone who's poor and one who is wealthy.
Lovely movie, and I definitely reccomend it!
