As Fate had it, I watched the episode of Family Guy that parodied this movie the night before not knowing that I would watch the original soon after. Had it not been for Family Guy, I would have enjoyed this movie solely for it being an Audrey picture and giving it 3 maybe 3.
5 stars. However seeing how much the parody made me laugh, I never knew the original would bring so much joy from its viewing. I actually laughed more at this than the Family Guy rendition. The odd and charming wit of Rex Harrison mixed delightfully well with Audrey's mixture "blimey's" and "Rains in Spain.
" This movie was actually a joy to watch and I don't get that to often. Now I know why so many loved then tired of Pretty Woman so quickly. You can't perfect perfection and that is what this movie is: PERFECTION!
