Excellent , excellent movie about the true story of the man responsible for making and delivering the disability act into law in the capital. the main character loses his earring in vitenam, and when he gets back he befriends a guy who has cp but within the two of them they have an amazing relationship but he notices that everyone has a problem with them when they go on job interviews or go to eat at restaurants, since there were no ramps, no special seatings.

after the act passed in 1988, everything changed for the best for the disables in the united states. this movie is extremely well made , it will make you cry and cheer for the underdogs. an excellent, excellent portrait of one man challegne and win over the whole country views of life.
