An amazing story (if somewhat undertold) that gives a real sense of what it was like in Bougainville during the time of the rebel insurgency. Hugh Laurie is fantastic as Watts but it is the amazing Xzannjah as Matilda that really steals the show.
While we still had questions at the end of the film, they were questions we were happy to discuss afterwards...and that is a sign of a good film, I think.
