Review of Mr. Freedom (1969) by Todd H — 21 Sep 2008
A well-deserved takedown (or smashdown or whatever you want to call it) of the right wing of America in the 1960s.
It does go overboard, and the joke does get a bit old before the end. But William Klein is a surprisingly talented filmmaker, and the "extremeness" of it all makes it very much worth watching. A highly memorable film.
