Review of Monster House (2006) by Jacob F — 24 May 2011
This movie contains so many childlike concepts and attitudes and is about the best movie I've ever seen containing kids. The research put into the characters must have been so extensive and never before have I seen animated main characters "play" their role so well. The body language that they put into the character's motions was surprisingly well done.
This is just about the most creepy animated movie I've seen and contains so many ties to childlike reactions to things. It's not afraid to go places that many kids films would hesitate to go. It's definitely a PG film.
