Review of Messengers 2: The Scarecrow (2009) by Kevin M — 04 Aug 2009

This film is a diamond in the rough--in the sense that somewhere in all the garbage this movie puts forth, there is something good. Looking beyond its predictable elements, and such annoyances as the poor explanation of the scarecrow's origin, you get a glimpse of creativity and frightening scenes.

Although, it would be easier to cut this movie a break if its pacing were better. As it stands, not a quality film, but with a larger budget, it could have been relatively good.
