We thought Elle Fanning did a fantastic job. She held an entire personality with one look. The movie gave a good overview of her life and the poetic frenzy she and her companions indulged in. It was dark but enchanting and a dignified sort of dramatic that is easily missed by other movies attempting to do the same thing.
