Is it a brutal, tasteless, exploitative grindhouse throwaway or an artistic, poignant examination of a disturbed mind? It's both, really, and it's certainly not for all orv even most tastes. But if you have the stomach for a really violent, downbeat horror film, MANIAC may work for you.
