Review of Lovecraft: Fear of the Unknown (2008) by Gordon B — 15 May 2011
Whether you've read Lovecraft or not (and I have not), you have undoubtedly seen or heard of the influences of his imaginations. From films like Hell Boy, to D&D, to horror cliches, fans of his work have carried on his dark creations.
This solid documentary may no be tantalizing but it does a decent job exploring how Lovecraft came to his decisions in fiction and in life. For those who like the writer, or biographies in general this is an interesting watch.
