Brilliant. You liked "No country for old men"?
Then go watch this one!
Well, a gangster gets out of jail, wants also to get out of his previous life, then finds the true reason to do so. Stuff for potentially great cinema and the movie delivers:
Knightley and Farrell manage to play the romance within all the violence surrounding it nicely but the real stars are Ray Winstone (in a typical role) as cold blooded crime boss and a brilliant David Thewlis (played also great in Harry Potter) as slightly crazed out ex-actor. One of the best movies this year.
