Review of Lolita (1962) by Caque A — 21 Jun 2010
What can I say? Kubrick was ahead of his time & his films all have a feel of their own. This film is quite disturbing even though Kubrick had to water it down from the book. Moving performances by Mason, Winters & especially Sellers.
Sellers & Kubrick in my opinion are the best collaboration in film. Flawless cinematography needs to be noted.
