Review of Leaves of Grass (2009) by Cameron W — 17 Mar 2013
Tim Blake Nelson weaves a masterpiece of comedic drama. This is one my favorite movies of all time, it entangles my 3 favorite things, philosophy, literature, and herb, into an intelligent, eccentric film.
Edward Norton gives an amazing performance as philosophy professor,Bill Kincaid, and his dope-dealing brother, Brady. This is a truly original film that is thought-provoking, and laced with great acting.
I strongly suggest you give this film a chance before tossing it out as pretentious and controversial.
