OH YEEAHH! Trashy B-Movie at its best, although nowhere near as good as "Loch Ness Terror" this film has its moments - Crazy genetic experiments, evil army general etc. The acting is atrocious, but I would be ashamed if they did this for money.
Turn off the brain and have a laugh at the crappy CGI!
