Review of Julius Caesar (1953) by Luke M — 16 Aug 2007
This film is entirely validified by Marlon Brando as Mark Anthoney - without Brando the film, while having its merits, would likely have come across as rather dry and uninspired, despite the presence of John Gielgud and James Mason.
You can even forgive the Roman citizen's atrocious American accents, just from the "FRIENDS, ROMANS, COUNTRYMEN" speach alone.
