Hey, you got some Noir in my Bollywood! Very untypical Bollythriller features nary a musical number, a teeth-gnashingly exciting plot, and great performances all around (newcomer Neil Nitin Mukesh had better become a star after this).
Johnny is slick and stylish without having to say "Look at me!" From the groovy opening credits to the 70s-style score and myriad of twists and turns leading to an honestly surprising ending, this is Bollywood at its best!
