Review of Irrational Man (2015) by Millo T — 25 Apr 2017
Don't get the low scores. Woody examines another of his entertaining neurosis with a cast & crew that gets it done, especially Emma ... again, in her second Woody. Not a Phoenix fan, he, too, is pretty good in this morality - or immorality - play.
It might be said that Woody on-location has made 'em better than at home in NYC. This film can be enjoyed much more than the ratings indicate, and better than "Blue Jasmine" that got the raves.
But it's a Woody. Don't go to a baseball game if you want to watch football !!
