Earlier this week, we watched In a Dark Place, starring Leelee Sobieski. It was strange, but I enjoyed it. There are parts that make me say some people should not watch it, because it would be too hard. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.
The movie is about a girl who has been abused and taken advantage of for most of her life. She is a teacher, but gets fired. The man who fires her recommends her as a nanny for two children. The children's parents have died and the man looking for a nanny is the children's uncle. The girl moves out to the manor where the children and the lady taking care of the estate live. She starts seeing and experiencing strange things and is worried about the children's safety.
