Meh. started off with promise, then quickly destabilized and seemed like it skipped over developing the plot into nothing but a quick wrap up of action and unresolved stupidity. So this 'poor' person has powers that can fill up a bank account and he spends his time being a local vigilante getting into more trouble; rather than simply escaping the shit hole he lives in and taking off with friends who care?
