Review of I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell (2009) by Blake T — 01 Oct 2009

I've been a fan of Tucker Max's work since I read the story "Tucker has Buttsex, Hilarity Does Not Ensue" back in 8th grade. Ever since then, I've read every story on his site and his book multiple times.

When I heard they were turning the book into a movie, I was ecstatic. And it did not disappoint at all. Matt Czuchry plays an awesome Tucker, not giving a shit about anything and making fun of dumb sluts whenever possible.

Jesse Bradford as Slingblade was fucking genius. He came off exactly the way he did in the book, if not funnier. The story took combined a bunch of stories from the book as well as some from the site, and it all worked out extremely well.

This is honestly the only movie where a man has sex with a midget, a deaf girl and a blind girl. That alone made it awesome, but the rest of the plot, especially the shitting scene? Amazing. A+ movie.
