Review of I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell (2009) by Dan M — 26 Sep 2009
Never heard of Tucker max before, my friend dragged me a long. I was tired and couldn't really be bothered, but the name appealed to me so I went. I'm so glad I did. I LOVED this movie, what really struck me was the lighting, it seemed very fresh and authentic, I also really like the depth of the characters, particularly Dan, I know a lot of people like him in real life. The humor is EXTREMELY crude and not for the faint of heart. I thought it sounded like a dodgy Hangover rip off, but it's no way like that movie, and it surpasses it in terms of comedy. Ball breakingly funny, and there's ONE scene I won't say too much about, but you'll be SHOCKED. Really good movie, I hope they make a sequel because the end sets it up for one perfectly.
