I was underwhelmed by the book, and I have the same frustrations with the movie. Yes it is an amazing story, but to tell it you have the players' after dinner circuit tales. Amusing yes, factual no; exaggerated yep.

My wife recorded over my European goal with Who Shot JR. Really, that was 1981 and your goal was 1979? They make a desperate attempt to recreate the excellent NY Cosmos documentary Once In A Lifetime with a 70s disco soundtrack.

But this is Nottingham not Studio 54.
