Review of House of the Dead (2003) by Keenans — 14 Jun 2009
This is certainly not as bad as I thought it was going to be. This is a film that's fun to watch just so you can make fun of it. It's loaded with cheesy moments, but I really enjoyed the shootout scenes between the survivors and zombies.
The actors were bad except for maybe two or three. The story has absolutely nothing to do with the game outside of the name, a Sega logo, and a guy whose last name is Curien. It's a stupid, campy, B-movie adventure that gave me enough okay entertainment.
I wouldn't recommend it to most people, but I found it to be a fun, campy zombie adventure.
