Everyone, but everyone, has heard of the "two million dollars" McDonald's coffee incident, but virtually no one knows the real story. The case spawned the viral "Stella's List" of outrageous lawsuits--most of which are fictitious.
The lies about the need for "tort reform" are simply corporate America's PR campaign to avoid all responsibility for reckless behavior and disregard for human life in their lust for profits.
