Review of High Art (1998) by Jen Tucker — 03 Sep 2008
Artistic. Deep. Sad. I loved it, but it made me cry. I don't usually enjoy movies about addicts because they tend to glorify the drugs at some point, but this one did not. The photography is beautiful and they made me really feel for the characters.
Good film if you are having an artistic block.
