What I liked is that there's a serious subtext to the story and it leaps out of the very first moments of the film. The playboy, hard-drinking, fast-talking business guy who's got it all under control.
Until events unfold outside of his realm. Eric Roberts puts out his best performance in years and this suspense thriller riveted me.
