I was pleasantly surprised by how moving and entertaining this movie was. It really is a well-executed high school drama for a new generation of students. The movie stars Cameron Deane Stewart as Russell, a high school student who explores his sexuality.

He joins a Gay Straight Alliance in disguise as a Geography Club. This film has a great, zany cast and contains good messages for young students unsure about their sexuality and who feel like they don't belong.

I feel like it's really important to support films that have positive representations of LGBT students and support groups. Geography Club is definitely one of these films.
