As spoofs go, it wasn't awful. Actually, in some ways, it excelled the prequels (kidding). If they had spent more time developing some of the things going on (or even if they tried it seriously) it would have been interesting.
There were some things going on that were interesting. I actually laughed in some places. The big criticism was how underdeveloped it was.
