Review of Five Element Ninjas (1982) by John H — 24 Jul 2010
Two kung fu clans battle each other one by one to see who have the top fighters & when it comes to the two teachers to square off one brings in a samurai to do the fighting for him. The samurai loses, is dishonored & commits suicide but before he does he calls upon the vengeance of the 5 Element Ninjas.
The Ninjas basically slaughter everyone in their way in pure Ninjutsu mayhem except one who learns the art of the Ninja & seeks revenge. Chinese Super Ninjas should seriously be sought out by kung fu fans.
There is barely a moment where it isn't laden w/ material arts action. Even as the opening credits roll the two clans are battling one another. Fan of Ninjutsu will love the variety of ninjas on display.
.the 5 Element Ninjas are bad ass & make it hard not to cheer for their villainous ways. Ninjas kick ass!
