Review of First Snow (2006) by Jeff C — 11 Feb 2008
It's a pretty good psychological thriller with strong moral themes. Guy Pierce shows he is a good enough actor to lead almost any film. And I really liked J.K. Simmons as the soothsaying wise man. I thought the climax was sort of lackluster, but the film's style and emotional build make it worth to take a look at.
