Review of Escobar: Paradise Lost (2014) by Shaun L — 01 Jul 2015

I thought the movie was very captivating and a great movie. I enjoyed it greatly. the actor for Pablo does a fantastic performance as a very manipulative, influential person who knows where to poke to pressure and coerce who he needs to to get what he wants.

This being said, the storyline is a bit odd. While it gives a very surface glance of Pablo Escobar's reach and reputation in the drug cartel empire, it does not focus on him, and instead focuses on a random Canadian dating his niece who happens to get wrapped up in it all.
