Escaping from guatamala is easy; smuggling yourself through the sewers from tijuana to san diego, not so much so; living in the promised land.. one crisis after another. in general, watchable, though slow at times.
perhaps more accessible than most south american movies. character driven rather than depending on its plot [rather, gosford park, so to speak].
