Pretty good action drama. John Hyams proves himself a good action director. Peter Weller excels as the dirty cop. Van Damme continues to prove himself as an actor and still being able to fight as if he never ages.
Although Cung Lee is a great fighter I think I'd much rather Van Damme had played the main hero.
