Review of Deterrence (2000) by Lance M — 05 Aug 2007
Well this movie isn't an edge of your seat special effects masterpiece, in fact you may fall asleep unless youre into politics. However, it is definately worth at least trying to watch. The whole premise revolves around the President Elect who is trapped during a storm in an airport and while there Iraq invades Kuwait and the President must decide to retalliate with conventional or nuclear weapons.
The whole movie is a nail biter as to will he/won't he. It goes a bit deeper to as the new President is Jewish. It takes place entirely in the diner but its still worth seeing despite the lack of eye candy.
