Not as epic a kung fu as others (Crouching Tiger, Hero, Ip Man, Red Cliff), but a thoroughly enjoyable film if you're a fan of the genre. If you aren't, start with Hero and work your way here, although this has a much more Western feel akin to Sherlock Holmes.
