This movie is so underrated. Movies are meant to expose the realities of everyday life. Good or bad. Pleasant or not. Parents with their families coming from third world countries simply want to live. Live like "human beings" whichever country they decide to get settled in.
Being a humanitarian and an immigration officer at the same time is not easy but with courage, a little patience and understanding it can be done.
