Just like "Heavy Traffic" before it, this is Ralph Bakshi at his most offensive and unadulterated -- he has officially become one of my favorite filmmakers. It takes a true genius to notice how cleverly interspersed the animation is with some of the live-action elements, and how stock footage often gets intercut.
