I think this movie was trying to warn you about the dangers of smoking pot, having premarital sex and using nuclear energy. Or it was just a shitty movie that was so 80's it hurt. Good for some laughs.
There are some boobs in this, but the main girl's nipples were large in circumference. I was like "Yeahh... oohh god. Did radiation do that?".
