Review of City of Life and Death (2009) by Kyo 9 — 26 Mar 2011
Wow! For those of us fortunate not to have lived through the horrors of a war, this is another example of the atrocities of war perpetrated this time by the Japanese against the Chinese in 1937. Horrible brutality and inhumanity. This film is not for the faint of heart, but must be seen for us to understand what the victims of WWII (or any war for that matter) went through.
How can something like this happen? Well, just let a maniac grab power and see for yourselves (I'm talkin' to you, United States, if you think Sarah Palin is harmless. Look at the lunatics that support her, and remember history.).
