Matt Dillon made this movie because he wanted to play around in Vietnam for 9 months. The acting is bad, the plot would be good if the script-writing weren't so terrible, and all around, Matt Dillon sucks as an actor.
He's got one face that he uses to convey everything. I wouldn't waste my time.
