Review of Cinema Paradiso (1988) by Eliyahu S — 11 May 2009
This is one of my favorite movies of all time. I just watched the directors cut and I feel it was far too long and ruined the whole ending.
After ranting to my wife about this movie, I made the mistake of showing her the directors cut for her first time. The result was that she felt the film was too long and she hated the Dir. cut ending. Now this that this film has, essentially been ruined for her I must stress:
MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE ORIGINAL VERSION FIRST!
