One of my personal favorites of all time. For a few reasons.

1. It does a slight of hand with the way the film is done, see it you'll know what I mean.

2. The performances are amazing and relatable.

3. Director Josh Trank is fresh and creative.

4. The found footage isn't a crutch.

5. The hand held camera isn't headache inducing.

6. Max Landis script is creative and different than you except.

7. A Villain you don't want to hate.

8. Everything else I forgot.
