Every so often one watches a movie that resonates like a bad dream. The crashing down of civilization, the end of rational thinking, rampant hopelessness. From the very moment one hears the first explosion, to the ambiguity of the foggy end, 'Children of Men' will haunt you, perplex you, and never really stop haunting you.
Could you also see this impending future? At the rate we are going, it may not even remain as a grand piece of celluloid. It could just be a bad dream, ready to become a reality.
